Returns & Refunds policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

The deadline for refund of an order is 14 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The goods were purchased in the last 14 days.

  • Include original tags & are in the original packaging.

  • The goods are unused, unworn & unwashed.

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

  • The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

  • The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

Once we receive and inspect your return we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

How to Request a Return

To start a return please contact james@resultxgroup.com with:

  • Your Order Number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable)

We will provide return instructions once your request is approved.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return deliver

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Email james@resultxgroup with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

Once verified, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • A replacement item (subject to availability), or

  • A full refund

We do not accept damage claims reported after 48 hours.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If you received the wrong item or your order is incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will correct the issue at no additional cost.

International Orders

For international purchases:

  • All sales are final unless the item is defective

  • Customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs

International shipping fees are non-refundable.

Abuse of Policy

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds to customers who abuse our return policy or engage in fraudulent behavior.

Gifts:

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
